With a proven record of innovation and quality production, Mercury’s
customers are assured of receiving quality stampings at a very competitive
price. Using some of the latest technology along with seasoned production
equipment, Mercury’s press department can handle a wide range
of stamping sizes and order quantities. With many available presses
ranging from 20 to 350 tons Mercury is capable of producing a wide range
of possible products. For heavy stampings our 350 ton Bliss is capable
of running progressive dies from coil up to .250” thick and 18”
wide. Or, for your deep drawn products our 250 Pacific hydraulic press
does the job.
Combined
with a complete “In House” Tool and Die department to maintain
and repair tooling, plus our 20,000 sq ft warehouse for stocking raw
materials and finished goods, our press department can assure on time,
quality, production stampings.
